Project Pitch
Strategy #1 Interacting with the resource persons
Frequently there should be interactive sessions with experts ,industry people and also the eminent professors from academic institutions
Interaction breaks down the barriers between young people and the industry
Before attending the session the students must know some basic information about the resource person.
They have to prepare thoughtful questions to ask the resource person.
Faculty must direct the students about how effectively they have to communicate with the resource person.
Resource person should provide technical assistance in implementing activities like mock trial s and moot courts
Finally students must prepare a report on the resource person as well as about the session.
Strategy #2 Industrial visit to the small-scale industry
Weekly once on the visit day different groups of students are allowed on a small scale industry they make a report on how that works.
The trainers there explain the working to the students then they understand it.
The students get an opportunity to present better ideas on the issues
They prototype their plan and exhibit to the industry
Later on as the situation goes either the industry takes up their plan and hire the students to work it out or students may execute their plan on their own.
How does this execute?
For example, A group of mechanical students attend an automobile spare part manufacture company .They understand the working and generate an idea of manufacturing them at a even lower cost that would be prototyped to exhibit to the industry manger if he likes the plan he hires the students
Strategy #3 Reacting to the regional issues
As our incubation center sibi is in budding state it propose idea requests from idea club of multi-disciplinary projects
Social cultured students help solving the needy nearby them with their creative ideas and management support.
The deputy head of the institute collects the issues around and communicates them to the various clubs in the institute they start reacting their way.
A problem of over flow of water in few places has been identified and currently students of our college are supported in solving this problem by making a team working on the ideas and then proposing them to the govt.
How do we execute?
Identified problems are discussed for solutions then a team of students get into action arrange the resources they make the materials required to solve the problem ready
Another team of students work executing the plan.
Strategy #4 Women Empowerment Cell
In this cell as our campus exist in a developing country where women are not treated actually equal to the men promoting women empowerment this cell helps generating Women Entrepreneurs .
This cell works include collecting funds to the women startups and encouraging them all long way of their career .
As women get help support and encouragement inside the campus and chance to exhibit their ideas to the industry
To expand the business management also provides its support
Awareness camps to women entrepreneurs stories of successful women entrepreneurs are shown to the students which might boost them.
It works 24x7 and rests by the side of her helping her always a committee works to identify the challenges faced by her inside the campus
Also works in solving the issues around the city.
How does this execute?
For example, All the ladies in the institute get registered in the cell after that they get access to all the events in the cell once they get in then organize events achieve have fun and experience a new thing every time they participate.
Strategy#5 Empowering learners to be creative and accquire knowledge:
Attitudes and behaviours are necessary for giving more peaceful, inclusive, equitable and sustainable societies. For this we are having knowledge hub in our institution
Effective learning and creative thinking will be improved by participating in various activities that are heldin knowledge hub
Developing effective education systems that help learners acquire knowledge, skills, values.
Apart from the regular curriculum creative teaching is included is included in our campus
How does this execute?
Students will come out of the curriculum box and focus on their own way of problem solving.
Students will focus more on Problem solving and hands on learning rather than memorization of Lectures.
Key issues of I&E ecosystem
Project-1. To over come Lack of Awareness- The tactic that can be used to solve this issue is, showing the real world successful entrepreneurs and motivating the students to walk through their paths .Like hiring them to attend the school for a guest lecture and continuing this for as many times as possible and required.
Project-2. Experiencing - Make students split into groups and sending them to the nearby places(rural) with the daily required things to sell them. When once they start from the root they come to know the real market value and competition.Making it happenyearly twice to the students of second semester every time can really give a real experience.
Project-3.Live contact to the industry-The various students show various interest so identifying them contacting to the major works around, the campus creates an interface to the student with the industry such tat he/she can be able to see what actually works rather than studying them through the books.
Project-4. Releasing the projects of the Institute every year- As a competition that every student of the institute attends a prototype and project is prepared and exhibited to the real world at the end semester exams or any assignment submission part.
