<br/>Spencer Vogel is a University Innovation Fellow candidate for the 2015 Fall cohort. Spencer is a senior a enjoys studying computer science at Missouri [[File:SpencerVogelProfile.jpeg|thumb]]University of Science and Technology (S&T) and loves working with embedded electronics. During his time at S&T, he has been heavily involved in multiple campus organizations had held numerous leadership roles such as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Student Union Board (a campus wide programming board) and the Chief Financial Officer of the Mars Rover Design Team (MRDT). Spencer has had the honor of attending competition with MRDT at the University Rover Challenge in Hanksville, Utah in May of 2015 and the European Rover Challenge in Chęciny, Poland in September of 2015. Through his experience with MRDT and working at Garmin, he has found a passion with embedded electronics and research. Outside of school and working hours, Spencer can usually be found at the Student Design Center working on homework, MRDT projects, or enjoying time with friends.
