Bio
Ignacia is an enthusiastic and empathetic person. She was born on March 2, 2005, and is currently 20 years old. She was born in Santiago, Chile, but has lived her entire life in Puerto Varas (South of Chile). Her parents are Claudio and Pilar, and she has an older brother, Gabriel, with whom she lives in Santiago for university purposes (she misses her home in the south and her pets).
She attended “Colegio Puerto Varas” from 2012 to 2022, where she actively participated in social projects. There she also learned about leadership, friendship, responsibility, and service. She currently studies Service Management in Universidad de Los Andes. Throughout her university career, she has been committed to student life and has been part of the Service Management School's student union.
Those who know her describe her as focused, goal-oriented, responsible, organized, and receptive person. As for her interests, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and fashion.
Ignacia has had to learn what it means to lead an independent life. When she had 18, she made the decision to leave her home and her city to move to Santiago, the capital of Chile, to begin her university studies. This experience meant moving away from her family and the comfort. Living alone in such a big city entailed multiple challenges, adapting to a new pace of life, and learning to organize herself. Despite everything, this stage has allowed her to develop a strong capacity for autonomy, responsibility, and emotional maturity.
She loves traveling and discovering new places, learning about different cultures, and gaining new experiences. One of her dreams is to create a safe space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. In the future, she hopes to work in a place she's passionate about and that allows her to constantly grow. She believes that difficult times are opportunities to grow and become stronger, and that small everyday gestures can have a huge impact on someone's life
