María Noel is passionate about creativity and play as a young Master in Management student at UCU Business School who way to connect with others, learn concepts, and discover oneself. She primarily works mainly at the Ithaka Center (the university's entrepreneurship and innovation center)and also teaches courses such as Design of Digital Content and Platforms, and Digital Marketing for Businesses and Entrepreneurs and Digital Projects.

Her major in specialization at the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU) is about communications, being in digital communication and also has a Master's in Management from the Business School of the same university. Being a creative and also analitic woman analytical person interested in photography, graphic design, video editing , and innovative and strategic digital content. She is teacher of Digital marketing in the same schoolAdditionally, she enjoys oil painting.

In the past Actually, she was a active volunteer spend time doing workshops of her middle school, being a educator of childrens Futures Thinking in high schools to teenangers and teenangers for 6 years. She also spends her time going made this workshops to enterprernurs and staff of the diferent beachs same University in order to collectively imagine and design possible scenarios, organize efforts in future organizational plans and reflect on different visions of Uruguay with her friendsthe future that collaborators have.

Nowadays In the future, she wants to improve her hobbies are about oil paintingknowledge of innovation, play soccer or practice exercise in perfect her free time. Also she is passionated reading books English skills, and learn about self-knowledge, creative tecniques experience design and personal developmentinterface design.
