He has been rendering services as Srikar Naredla is a change agent an ambassador to Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) Mechanical Engineer from RVR&JC College of Engineering, Guntur. His schooling went on in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship many places across Andhra Pradesh. Through design thinking, he was successful in empowering students with necessary problem solving skills and building an entrepreneurial ecosystem on his campus. He started '''Club Phoenix '''with a motto "to learn from ones failures" and trained over 120 students in design thinking through various workshops of them 112 students came up with start-up ideas,43 of them are being coached by Telangana which helped him understand the North Eastern University, Boston, under Venture Development Diploma Program(VDDP) education system and Idea aspired him to Entrepreneurship(I2E). He is currently the President of one of the five Venture Development Centres of the state and is leading the Entrepreneur's club of his campus towards improving entrepreneurship opportunities to other campuses. He designed method and workshops so that engineering can be taught an activist for change in a more experienceable wayhigher education.
He dreams rendered services as an ambassador for India Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship across Andhra Pradesh.
