Born and raised in Michigan, Sarah Makki is currently a sophomore in the Robotics Engineering program at Lawrence Technological
University. Her interest in learning, technology, and innovation is what drives her interest in robotics engineering. Sarah comes from a Lebanese Muslim background and has traveled to many countries and lived in Doha, Qatar for 3 years. Upon returning from Qatar, she attended a Catholic Private High School, further exposing her to different cultures and religions. These experiences have allowed her to form relationships all across the world. Sarah enjoys coding and is proficient in several languages including HTML, CSS, C, and C++. In her free time, Sarah also enjoys playing CS:GO, representing female gamers across the world showing there is a place for women in the gaming industry.
