He chose to pursue his higher studies currently works as an Associate at The CoWrks Foundry - a startup accelerator, where he helps early stage B2B startups in Mechanical engineering to help him learn more about his desired field India and USA scale their business. He works with a portfolio of Aerospace technology. At CMRITstartups in Enterprise Tech, he was exposed to the UIF program by his project mentorUrban Tech (with Columbia University & Brown University) and Healthcare (with Yale Institute of Global Health).

At CMRIT, Asher is currently involved Asher’s interest with the startup ecosystem started while in and heading two project groups for the past year. In his spare timecollege, where he is often seen discussing varied ideas worked actively to foster a culture of innovation and solutions with his peers and faculty memberscollaboration, before ultimately helping set up the ‘Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center. He has always been known as ’ The center continues to be an enterprising individual active hub for innovation, research and he looks to put this to good useSocial Entrepreneurship.

As a University Innovation Fellow, Asher has discovered conducted regular workshops in Design Thinking both in his passion to be a techno-entrepreneurcampus and at events such as Google Developer Days Asia, Developer Student Club Summit etc. The recent events occurring world over have piqued his desire He continues to help conduct these workshops for the world, and startup founders he wants his future endeavours to have a social touch to theminteracts with. Since middle school Asher has been an avid readerwas trained as a University Innovation Fellow in Fall 2016, debater, creative writer which have won him many awards. He was also involved and attended the Silicon Valley meetup in theatre until his high school daysMarch 2016. He is a leader has helped host the March 2018 Silicon Valley meetup and has held prestigious roles such the May 2018 Eastern Hemisphere Meetup as ‘School Prefect’. On his campus, he wants to create a Social-Entrepreneurship wing along with the UIF Leadership Circle‘FAB’.

Asher has a wide range of professional interests. He has held prestigious roles such as ‘School Prefect’ and 'Treasurer' for the 'Society of Mechanical Engineers' at CMRIT.
