Bio
Yolanda Christophe is a third year PhD scholar and research assistant in the Earl G. Graves School of Business at Morgan State University. She holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and Master of Business Administration from Florida Memorial University. Yolanda is enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and has taught courses such as Organizational Behavior in the Earl Graves School of Business. Currently, her doctoral research focuses on workplace attitudes and behaviors and their impact on job performance and entrepreneurial intention. Yolanda has previously presented research at the 57th Eastern Academy of Management Annual Meeting. As a research scholar, Yolanda is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM), Eastern Academy and Southern Management Association Doctoral Consortia.
