Corina Pigg

Corina Pigg is a junior at the University of Oregon completing a Psychology major and a Business minor. Her passions include helping others through her community service work and dedication to spreading the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship throughout her campus and community. Corina is Oregon raised and born, from living in Lake Oswego, Oregon to now Eugene, Oregon.

At the University of Oregon, Corina Pigg is a research assistant in the brain development and social cognition labs, a business technology lab consultant, and an active member of her school’s professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. Recently, Corina was elected to serve as the new Vice President of Marketing on the executive board of the fraternity. Corina really became passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship as she co-founded and became a student leader and planner of the UofO’s first Innovation Summit, an event with over 90 different innovative activities and speakers with over 400 attendees.

Additionally, Corina has been a private caregiver to both the elderly and disabled for almost 5 years now. Her strong desires to help others continued at her internship with Rubicon International, an educational consulting and curriculum management firm in downtown Portland, where she helped schools implement a helpful platform for educators to track their school and districts curriculum and standards.

Corina is very motivated to continue to learn new things as she pursues her passions of creating and developing innovative projects that help people all around the world.
