As mentioned during orientation, the roadmap is our version of a syllabus. You can find the training roadmaps here, as well as in the left-hand column under "Additional Resources." All sessions outlined in the roadmap will be released at the same time, on September 3.

Stakeholder meeting|content=
The stakeholder meeting is something you are expected to organize and hold around the 6th and final week of training (around October 11-17). Because you will be inviting several campus VIPs to this meeting, you want to plan ahead and get on their calendar. Next week, we want you to tell us your early plans for a date, time and location to hold this event. You can find more details about planning for the stakeholder meeting in the left-hand column under "Additional Resources" (or by clicking [[2020:Training/Stakeholder Meeting|here]]).

NOTE{{note2|1='''Note: ''' If you are a returning campus who has held a stakeholder meeting in the last six months due to previously trained Fellows, talk with your faculty champion about whether it may be more impactful to wait another six months to demonstrate results before convening campus leaders.}}

|color=#8C15155F574F|title=4. Landscape canvas|content=
Plan ahead. Some say the UIF training is like taking another full credit course and many of your weekly assignments will require intense effort. One assignment in particular, the landscape canvas, is best served by getting your early attention as it requires you to uncover and document all the campus classes, extracurriculars, and resources that define your innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) ecosystem. Do not delay. Plan a strategy for how your team is going to research and share with one another what you found before you present your results to your uiguide in the third week 3.

|color=#8C15155F574F|title=5. Faculty champion meeting|content=
Your faculty champion is one of the most important assets to your UIF efforts on campus. They are your institutional link and should become your "partner in crime" as you work to make a difference on your campus. We highly recommend you meet with them weekly -- even if it is by video conference -- to get their input into your work. For your first meeting, use the following activity to get to know one another:

'''Time:''' ~45 minutes

'''Resources:''' A copy of the questions below

::5. Make sure to establish a weekly time and place to connect before adjourning the meeting.
