Under his direction, the program grew dramatically in size and scope, welcoming 20 new club members, hosting 12 speakers, and traveling on 2 major excursions. Similarly, Bailis has served as a Design Thinking Leadership Pre-Orientation Director from 2018 to 2019, a time of tremendous program development and campus-wide recognition. Finally, Bailis is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity where he chairs the alumni relations and philanthropy committees.</span></span>

He believes there is much potential for a formalized approach to education within the realm of design, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He is also looking forward to meeting other fellows from around the world at the Silicon Valley Meetup in Spring 2020.&nbsp;</span></span>
