Through its [https://cnp.benfranklin.org/techcelerator-at-state-college/ TechCelerator ] program, Ben Franklin Technologies runs Research assists from the stages of research to Start-upstartup. These programs are there exist to help entrepreneurs facilitate technology transfer.
