Mary is interested in using engineering principles to solve complex problems related to</span></font><span style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: medium; white-space: pre-wrap;">socioeconomic inequality</span><span style="white-space: pre-wrap; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: medium;">in the United States. While at Cooper, she has written for the school paper, played on the basketball team, started a club that investigated the future impact of blockchains, and created a class about designing higher education policy.</span>
