Kiera Rust is a transfer student from the University of Alaska Anchorage to Washington State University. Once her experiences led her to engineering, she moved to Washington to challenge her potential as a student and as a person. Since arriving at WSU, she has decided to work for a minor in business administration while pursuing her major in mechanical engineering.[[File:Kiera Rust.JPG|thumb|Kiera Rust.JPG]]
<br/>Kiera was immediately interested in the Harold Frank Entrepreneurship Institute upon arriving at Washington State. She learned very quickly that her engineering interests lie in the heart of the business world and near entrepreneurship and innovation. The Harold Frank Entrepreneurship Institute works closely with its cohorts to build the soft skills required to fulfill Kiera’s ultimate career goals. Through networking within this club, Kiera was led to University Innovation Fellows.
