<span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Morgan has stated that it plans to "engage in continuous improvement, renovation, and construction of facilities that will suppport Morgan's faculty, staff, and students in their teaching, learning research, and creative work, that will enhance the delivery of student support services and improve the quality of life for the Morgan State University"</span></span>

<span style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Morgan has stated that it wants to "explore public/private collaborative relationships with developers, contractors, and other commercial groups and entities to develop new environmentally sustainable and technologically advanced administrative and student residential facilities, to expand Morgan’s physical presence throughout the State, and to promote the State and the Morgan brand."</span></span>
