== Strategy #1Like past UIF Fellows, we have discovered a plethora of classes, programs, clubs, funding opportunities, and many other E&I-related resources at ASU. We have also identified many of the same issues descibed in past strategic plans:poor communication of these resources to students and lack of student engagement and empowerment around E&nbsp; ==I. It is somewhat shocking to see these problems persist despite ASU's vocal support of innovation,
