3-. Calling on these inspiring students to join an innovation community. From the very start of the training program, we are asked to find students with inspiring stories and I used the lesson I learned from there that I need to compliment and appreciate people for their achievements. Now email them individually to congratulate them for being an inspiration to others. During the prototype in Session 4 the test responded positively and was ready the support the innovation community.
4-To secure an available room for workshop and apply request through the student affairs department and the Innovation Centre. Alternatively, students sometimes cannot commit to attending workshops, so the modules need to be concise to share them on WhatsApp and social media.
== '''Strategic Priority #4: Strengthen Communication (Information Wall)''' ==
=== Description: ===
After conducting the landscape canvas of our university, we realized that we have a gap of communication between the university and the students. There are many events on our campus that students barely hear about or notice. We believe communication is crucial when it comes to improving the student university experience as it helps them get the best of the resources provided on campus. Currently, the university advertises events on a TV in the corridor as rolling pictures. They also provide flyers and emails for some of the events. However, students are complaining that they don’t hear about those events happening beforehand. Therefore, the idea of an information wall that no one can miss emerged. The wall will be interactive, providing students with the opportunity to rate the events and give their feedback/ideas. There will be a clear noticeable countdown to upcoming events. This was the approach we proposed and developed according to students’ preferences and suggestions throughout the process of our prototyping.

Get more information from students about what they would like to be on that wall and how interactive they would like it.

== '''Strategy Priority #5: I & E Workshop and Methods of Advertising''' ==
=== '''Description''' ===
While studying the landscape canvas of our university, we discovered that students usually did not attend events about I and E organised on-campus. Our campus analysis together with various interviews with the faculty led us to the conclusion that:
1-We don’t have a strong innovation culture at our university.
2-And, that the communication between the university and the students regarding upcoming events, is not that strong.
Recently, the innovation centre at our university organized a 3D printing workshop for students to familiarize them with the idea of 3D printing. Surprisingly, this time the room was full of students to such extent that we ran out of chairs! Hence, for my prototype, I saw this event as an opportunity to study the circumstances that led to this workshop being a ‘house full’.

=== '''Plan'''<br/> ===
1-Study the methods used to advertise the workshop by the faculty in-charge. The faculty used university TV screens, university e-mails, university apps and university social media pages to announce about this upcoming workshop.
2-Interview Dr. Petra from the innovation centre regarding the 3D printing workshop.
3-Discover if there were other departments involved besides the innovation centre. An architecture department Professor gave the tutorial on 3D printing along with displaying 3D printed models from the ‘architecture students projects archives.’
4-Check if any student-based clubs are involved in advertising or promoting the event. Student-based group called the architecture association helped promote the workshop through their own social media pages, Instagram and snapchat, along with verbal announcements and WhatsApp messages.
5-Interview the president of the architecture association regarding the 3D printing workshop.
6-Attend the workshop to record and document the whole event.
7-Get feedback from students who attended the workshop, regarding how successful the workshop was in terms of educating them about 3D printing. Moreover, get students feedback on how they heard about the workshop (i.e. what methods of advertising did they hear from about the workshop).
8-Reflect on how the review from students and the interview from Dr. Petra and Architecture Association President, can help us in devising solutions for the problems faced in our ecosystem.
