As part of it, NSS(National Service Scheme) has been introduced in the year of 2003. The main objective of this scheme is education and service to the community and by the community. &nbsp;MITS under this cell has been participating in all societal activities. It helps the students to communicate with the society and also students often go the rural areas and try to develop a technocratic environment and help the underprivileged people to develop themselves.</span></span>[[File:NSS.png|thumb|NSS.pngright|150px]]</span>

It’s students’ programme where we cater to the need of the community, as and when required, it will also help the students to communicate with the society. It helps students to improve various skills how to interact and deal with society and helps them to learn about what’s going on in society and gives them </span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">a exposure</span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">to explore.
