 <p style="text-align: justify;">Globsyn Skills Development (P) Limited, a ‘not-only-for-profit’, Social Enterprise, in association with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has the aim of grooming 1 million youth in the next 10 years. This organisation was set up to facilitate the development and upgrading of the skills of the growing Indian workforce through skill training programmes to fill skill gaps in the Indian workforce providing them with better placement opportunities. Globsyn has created aspiration among youth for skill development and Initiated training with the assurance of standardization of the quality of training delivered helping them to become industry-ready individuals </p><p style="text-align: justify;">In the past two years Globsyn Skills has trained over 60000 trainees in 450+ centres across 20&nbsp;states. Over 310 faculty have been empaneled with Globsyn to train the students in multiple sectors. Globsyn Skills is working closely with the central government and various state governments to help implement their skill development initiatives. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp; </p><p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p>

 <p style="text-align: justify;">The college going process isn’t only an experience that impacts students; it’s also a major life change for the families who will be remaining at home. For this reason, New Student Programs ensures that parents are active participants in orientation activities. Parents gain a deeper understanding of what will be expected of their students, and become familiar with the range of on-campus resources that are available. They’ll also learn what to expect during this transition from high school to college, which often takes students away from home for the first time. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Each gift they receive impacts students&nbsp;success and the opportunities they can offer to our students.  <p style="text-align: justify;">In partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), so&nbsp; It is difficult to bring the resource into schools but it can be done . </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Have to collaborate with administrators. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Resources is the main theme to bring this like Area, &nbsp;advanced technology, infrastructure etc. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">They are ready to train students, it’s a part of their training procedure. Colleges can collaborate with them and help bringing their training to the campus.</p>
