<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ivonne M. Maldonado-De la Rosa is a University Innovation Fellow and a graduate student completing a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the School of Health Sciences in Universidad del Turabo (UT). She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Biology from the Universidad del Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus. </span><br/><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><br/>[[File:Ivonne.jpg|thumb|Ivonne.jpg]]</span> <span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"></span>
<span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">At Universidad del Turabo, Ivonne, is involved with the local NSSHLA Turabo Chapter from Puerto Rico as President. She is a member of the Sorority Eta Gamma Delta, Alpha Chapter. For which, she has worked with different organizations to help both her community and her country. In addition, she has worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in forensic anthropology and bio-archeology. Ivonne’s recent research project consists on investigating the technique of Cervical Auscultation for the evaluation of dysphagia.</span>
