It is based on innovation instead of tradition. It is their ongoing aspiration to create a place that is being animated by the collective search for knowledge and viable solutions. Therefore, Leuphana established the first public college in Germany, joined the academic program of Master and PhD in a graduate school and has its own professional school for demanding further education programs.
