'''''Chelsea Carter''''' is currently a sophomore at Kettering University in Flint, MI and an University Innovation Fellows candidate (Spring 2017 cohort), majoring in Computer Engineering with a minor in System and Data Security. At Kettering University, Chelsea is coCo-President of Kettering Entrepreneur Society, Kettering Emerging Leader, Public Relations Director of WKUF LP Flint 94.3 FM (Kettering's own Radio station) and has her own show entitled, "Chelsea's Live Line", DECA treasurer, NSBE telecommunications chair, Society of Women Engineers member, and NACME associatescholar, and Open Source Club member.
She is currently a co-op student at Delphi Corporation (tier 1 automotive supplier) in Troy, MI. Chelsea is honored to be a recipient of the Kettering University Technology Award. She volunteers with various organizations including Focus: Hope and Gleaners Food Bank and has completed over 800+ hours of community service, which resulted in her receiving the President's Volunteer Gold Service Award. On her free time, she enjoys speaking at community empowerment events.
