Physicians at the medical school submit problems through their [http://ideas.wustl.edu/ website]. Project leaders from around the campus are then recruited. These project leaders recruit multidisciplinary teams composed of undergraduate and graduate engineers, PhD students, MBA students, etc. Teams are offered many resources such as intellectual property workshops, design reviews, and startup seminars. IdeaLabs has recently partnered with Engineering World Health to run student program and access more undergraduates. Boasting over 100 members and a myriad of St. Louis entrepreneur mentors, venture capitalists, and Washington University faculty, IdeaLabs has been a major entrepreneurial force in St. Louis’s biotech industry.</div>
