When coming up with events to involve your freshmen, it will take collaboration from a multitude of many people. Some of the most important and helpful people in this process will be your school’s administration and faculty or third-party resources (along with any outside resources i.e. a company for funding or hosting). It is important for you to build warm intimate connections to these people , and this is one of the purposes of the stakeholder meeting. For your stakeholdermeeting, be sure to choose a few people who are seen as leaders and benefactors of the freshmen class. In general, these people are your go-to when complications (such as getting locked out of a e.g. building or not enough lock-outs, insufficient funding or just , and event planning the eventmistakes) arise that are out of your hands and your fellow peers’ hands.</span></span>
