<span style="font-size:large;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">As a student at the University of St. Thomas, Murad has served in numerous leadership roles. Murad has been the Vice President of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, a Page scholar, a BUSN200 Facilitator, the Journey for justice student assistant, and an </span></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Apartment Coordinator in Flynn Hall</span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">. Outside of school, Murad enjoys volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club of the Twin Cities. Murad is very passionate about issues pertaining to education and civil rights.</span>
