Keeping students involved in innovation council is major challenge which needs immediate attention of organizers. Keeping them interested and involved in council work is always challenging. If students are not involved, they lose their interests in the innovation council which will ultimately result in failure of your council.

As it is a cross campus innovation council, students of different majors and varied interests are involved in this innovation council but there is no common platform for communication between them other than the council. This can severely affect the council’s progress. As every stream contains some problems and all the problems cant be solved at once, selecting a particular problem to be solved and working on it is a better way.  All the team members are given equal chances to speak out their problem and at the end the major problem is selcted.
