[[File:Hayley-A.png|thumb]]I am a Mechanical engineering student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and also a staff member&nbsp;of the UAB Makerspace. I decided on engineering after joining my high schools robotics team. I really like the creative design process and fell in love with making ideas into reality. I am really interested in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions and I would like to work with companies that improve upon developing countries once I graduate. This passion for working with developing countries is founded upon my love for traveling and meeting people from different backgrounds. I also have always loved helping people and I would like to be involved with projects that improve upon someone's day to day life.
