Kayla is Vice President and founding member of Rowan's Women Inspiring a New Generation of Scientists and is very enthusiastic about women in STEM. She is passionate about social and environmental justice and practices a vegan lifestyle. In her spare time, she enjoys working at an assisted living home where she takes pride in being able to give back to the elderly. She is passionate about encouraging interdisciplinary learning and motivating others to take initiative. Kayla dreams of one day starting a business aligned with her personal values to change the world.
