He is originally from Drammen in Norway and attended his first year in college at the American College of Norway, a small school in Moss that provides Norwegian students an introduction to</span></span><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: small;">&nbsp;the American educational system before traveling the</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: small;">re. He came to Grand Forks, North Dakota in 2015 to continue his Bachelor of Business Administration.</span>  
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;">Atle Alexander's extracurricular involvement at the University of North Dakota began when he picked up the courage to schedule a meeting with the CEO of the Center for Innovation, Sir Bruce Gjovig, only a week after he arrived in Grand Forks for the first time. With Bruce's advice and mentorship, he has become a part of Delta Tau Delta fraternity on campus where he served one semester as their Public Relations chair. Additionally, he revitalized the&nbsp;''Association of Norwegian Students Abroad's''&nbsp;(ANSA)&nbsp;North Dakota chapter as its leader to host monthly events for Norwegian students, grow in membership, and strengthen the relationship between the organization and the International Office. He also serves as the U.S. Representative for ANSA Economy, is an active member of the Honors Program, and represents UND as a Student Ambassador.
