<p style="text-align: center;">[[File:Keep-calm.png]]</p>== Tactic #4: Student Leadership Development Weekend (SLDW) == Although Union College has a variety of clubs and events to choose from, one can also a disconnect between the different organizations on campus. This is only partially the fault of the student board, whom has yet to reach out and expand to other clubs and organizations. One solution to this problem is to host a yearly student leadership development weekend for student presidents on campus in order to promote diverse collaboration and organization. With this weekend, club presidents would walk away with at least three tangible things: 1. A calendar plan for a list of predicted events for the rest of the academic year. 2. A list of board member expectations that the presidents want to relay to the members. 3. A list of solutions for the problems that the organizations have run into. In addition to these tangible documents, students will participate in leadership workshopp lessons. <p style="text-align: center;"></p>
