For those interested in innovation and entrepreneurship, there are numerous on-campus resources for these individuals.</span></span>

This innovative spirit is then strengthened by the a curriculum that which involves classes with real world examples. Classes that These courses show students how to not only work with theoretical models of their designs, but also develop the economic and marketing side of their workventure. These are upper level classes such as courses include CHE 4410 Process Design and 4930 Business Strategy. MKT 4900 is a new course as of piloting Spring 2015 that , which provides all students with the opportunity to participate in innovative activities through experiential learning taught by local entrepreneurs. Additionally, this course helps prepare students for the campus wide Eagle Works business competition with $10,000 in prizes.</span></span>

Tedx Nashville is a yearly event that recently has been supported by the Dean’s Office, encouraging students to attend the event which promotes student attendace by paying for their purchasing student tickets. E-week is a common national event across in which many universities where participate. During the event, various engineering majors are brought together and pitted against each other in competitions.</span></span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px; white-space: pre-wrap;">Even if you are not a Business business or Engineering engineering major , there is still plenty to take part of in, such as the recent Research, Innovation and & Entrepreneurship Forum where speakers from the NSF will give gave talks to faculty and students regarding I&E.</span> <span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Students can then take their ideas to the new innovative spaces on campus, the iCube and iMakerspace! These new additions to provide Tech students with much needed resources. With a virtual reality room, 3-D printers, and lots of lab space, the iCube and iMakerspace enable ideas to take shape and evolve through hands-on design and experimentation.</span></span>
