It is a known fact that environment has a large influence on students and During our research for the way they approach activities outside of the classroom. Focusing on the environment on campusUniversity Innovation Fellowship (UIF) program, we believe that students need to be surrounded by peers that strive to do realized that same things they aim to do. Whether the goal is to excel in the classroom, to start a new Registered Student Organization Office of Economic Innovation and Partnerships (RSOOEIP), or primarily caters to pursure groundbreaking research, we believe that we become the average needs of the top five people that we hang out withfaculty members and graduate students, when it comes to legal advice and support. To that end we would like to propose an initiative that would provide While OEIP has supported a space for few undergraduate teams in the past, undergraduate students to immerse themselves among peers they want to be influenced by, in their area of interestmight benefit from a student-led law clinic. This The idea would be an environment where to identify students feel who are interested in pursuing law as if they are all working towards similar goals a career, and shared ambitions. In factmatch them with students who need legal advice pertaining to filing a patent or establishing a startup, this was one of the goals for the Delaware Design Institute (DDI), which was established over a year ago on campus, but eventually, the initiative lost momentumexample. We would like This idea might provide guidance to revive students who may not completely understand the DDIimplications of patent violations and lawsuits, which would be and might work as a place for students preventive measures to pursue and explore interdisciplinary collaboration, avoid such a place to understand and employ design processes for projects they care aboutdetrimental scenario. The idea is inspired by the concept established by [http://news.mit. DDI would serve as an institute that supports edu/2015/support-students-business-cyber-law-0909 MIT and promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and design thinkingBoston University School of Law]. This would be a long term project.
