<span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">In addition to work experience, I am very involved in campus initiatives. One&nbsp;program I am particularly proud of is TEDxUWMilwaukee. I was on the founding board of students for our first conference in 2014, and was elected executive director for the 2015 conference. I coordinate with a team of 7 board members and approximately 25 general members to plan and execute the conferences and events throughout the school year to promote innovative ideas.<&lt;o:p><&gt;&lt;/o:p>&gt;</span>
