Improvising and collaborating are two of Kudakwashe's greatest strengths. He acquired these strengths through his experiences at Chizungu Primary[[File:AdobePhotoshopExpress 2c429e0776b740348777fedc2c4281e0.jpg|thumb|right|AdobePhotoshopExpress 2c429e0776b740348777fedc2c4281e0.jpg]] where lack of adequate school materials resulted in him sharing a single school textbook with eight atleast three other students. Such tough experiences became the catalyst in molding a punctual and amicable Kudakwashe who would never grumble about lacking anything but always work hard to attain whatever he needswith tremendous respect for cooperation.
Faced with lack of pocket money in In High School, Kudakwashe together with and his brother started a tuck-shop in the community of Domboramwari, Epworth in Zimbabwemostly to put to use the skills they were learning in their busines and accounting classes. His success in running this small business provoked the entrepreneur within to sprout, arousing an unquenchable interest for him to venture in business on a larger scale thus he chose to attain a Chartered Accountancy degree. Kudakwashe's agreement with Mahatma Gandhi's words that "the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others" saw him starting a program called Love to Learn to ensure that the less privileged children in the community of Domboramwari had access to basic education. He also volunteered as a tutor at Chiedza Day Care in Harare, Zimbabwe and in his freshman year he volunteered at Frazee Dream Center helping children acquire basic literacy through Furman's Engaged Living Global Poverty Program.
