The main objective is to alter the culture of the students and faculty at South Plains College to a more innovative mindset. This type of change is not accomplished overnight and will take passion and determination to achieve success. With the right mindset and lots of hard work, SPC can have a lasting impact on not only the students, but the community and the world.
