<span style="font-familysize:14px;"><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"> "</font></span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size:larger14px; line-height: 18px;">Natalie DeVarona is a University Innovation Fellow from the Spring 2015 cohort. </span><span style="font-size: larger; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As a 4</span><supstyle="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">th</sup><span style="font-size: larger; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> year graduating in May 2016 from the University of Florida studying Industrial and Systems Engineering, Natalie has a passion for making a positive impact to in all her endeavors and efforts. She is especially interested in bringing convenience to people’s lives and daily routines. Natalie has had the opportunity to improve people’s lives through her internships with Procter & Gamble. She worked as an Engineering and Operations Intern at P&G’s St. Louis Manufacturing Plant optimizing production for Cascade ActionPacs. Natalie also worked as a Supply Network Operations Intern at P&G’s North America Planning Service Center automating production planning and tracking for 2 Oral Care manufacturing plants. Recently, Natalie studied abroad in Madrid, Spain to improve her Spanish- written and oral- and to travel throughout Western Europe for the first time. </span> </span>
<span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:larger;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: larger; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Natalie has also exemplified her passion for leadership. Natalie served in multiple director positions before earning her role as Executive Board Vice President of External Affairs for UF’s Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. She and her fellow board members earned the Chapter of the Year Award for the 2012-2013 academic year from SHPE National at SHPE’s annual conference. Natalie has also held a part-time job during her entire college career in the Warrington College of Business Administration, Office of Dean John Kraft. </span>
