'''Hubertus Ade Resha Raditya Boli, A.Md.Kb.N., S.Ak., S.S.''' is a government officer at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and a graduate of the Diploma I and Diploma III programs at Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN and currently serves as a government officer at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. He has completed bachelor’s holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and English Literature and is currently pursuing his a third bachelor’s bachelor's degree in Management. He is also an LPDP Double Degree Scholarship recipient, pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance at the University of Glasgow (UoG), United Kingdom. As a Dean’s Dean's List honoree, Hubertus is recognized for his has demonstrated strong academic performanceachievement, leadership capabilities, and dedication to lifelong a passion for continuous learning. His academic and professional interests include public sector accounting, governance, financial reporting, and public financial management, with a particular focus on strengthening accountability and transparency in the public sector.
Alongside his role in public servicecareer, Hubertus is actively involved engaged in research in the fields of accounting, finance, and governance. He has published authored numerous articles publications in nationally and internationally indexed academic journals, reflecting his commitment to advancing scholarly discussions and contributing to the development of knowledge in his areas of expertise. He has also participated in various academic, and professional, and organizational initiatives, including collaborations involving organizations such as the Islamic Development Bank, Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP Edufair), and BEM CUP PKN STAN. These experiences have strengthened broadened his perspectives while strengthening his analytical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills while expanding his engagement with diverse professional and academic communities.
Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Hubertus is deeply committed dedicated to education, youth empowerment, and community development. Growing up in Timika, an environment with Papua, where access to quality education was limited educational opportunities, shaped inspired his passion for creating broader access aspiration to education and social support expand educational opportunities for underprivileged underserved communities. He actively volunteers with Yayasan Bina Berdaya Bangsa and Jakarta Mengabdi, organizations focused on supporting initiatives in education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and social initiativescommunity development. He also serves as the Head of the Finance Division at Bangun Pendidikan Indonesia, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing that promotes youth awareness and participation in improving the educational quality of education in across Indonesia. In addition, Hubertus he has contributed to various youth development programs, social initiatives, and mental health campaignsawareness initiatives. He believes that meaningful and sustainable impact begins with the willingness to use one’s using knowledge , skills, and opportunities to support those empower communities whose voices are often overlookedunderrepresented.
Outside his professional and academic activitiesresponsibilities, Hubertus enjoys singing, reading, and traveling.
