Cristobal Cortes has always been a wildcard—a restless mind jumping from psychology to physics, from debates to design sprints, always chasing curiosity. In school, he was the familiar face in every contest, presentation, or show, driven not by the spotlight but by the thrill of creating something new.
His passion for stories, in every form they take, led him to pursue Communications and Marketing, while also completing minors in Creative Publicity, Psychology, and Leadership. These choices weren’t accidental—they gave him the tools to craft stories that resonate and the empathy to understand the people behind them.
Today, Cristobal channels this energy at Promotick, an international consulting agency. There, he has helped spark a marketing revival, shaping rebrands, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring that both talent and clients feel valued through innovative incentive programs.
Just as important is his love for debate and Model United Nations. These experiences trained him to see every side of a problem, to embrace complexity, and to reject rigid thinking—the true enemies of progress.
For Cristobal, curiosity isn’t a distraction; it’s a compass pointing toward the next story waiting to be told.

Relaunched two brands at Promotick, boosting leads by 5000% and growing organic reach to 10k+ monthly views.
Founded the LVC Film Club and directed creative projects, including a short film that won first place at the ZERO International Festival in Peru.
Revitalized UPCMUN, attracting 400+ applicants and strengthening campus debate culture.
Founded and trained award-winning debate delegations, earning recognition as a Top 5 national speaker.
