Originally from Las VegasHey everyone, Nevada and now residing in Palo Alto, CA, Lina is pursuing here’s a bachelor's in entrepreneurship and innovation at Menlo College. Lina works to raise awareness little bit about climate change, animal cruelty, and the health benefits of a plant-based diet by founding [https://www.linkedin.com/company/veg-club The Veg Club] at Menlo College 🌱 She is also a University Innovation Fellow through Stanford's d. She jumps at any opportunity to engage with I’m passionate about community engagement and public service, so much that I earned my Master’s in Public Administration from UNLV (Go Rebels❗️). Along the way, I worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in the leaders College of tomorrow which has included leading Education and had a blast connecting with fellow students as a design thinking session on Grad Rebel Ambassador. I'm currently working in the Five Lenses Community Services & Engagement department at the City of Innovation for 9th-12th graders at [https://www.designtechhighschool.org/ d.tech].North Las Vegas, supporting vibrant events, meaningful outreach, and projects that connect our community to valuable resources! 🤝🏼
Being both Swedish 🇸🇪 While working on my Business degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Mexican 🇲🇽 she has learned to embraced Innovation at Menlo College '22, I had the ambiguity of identity and explored different avenues chance to find where she belongs through civic engagement. With thisdive into many exciting projects, like founding The Veg Club, serving as Wellness Representative in Student Government, she applied and was accepted into the ELLA program being selected as a University Innovation Fellow through the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley to work on Stanford’s d.school - which helped me grow as a 6-month project to empower nonleader and creative problem-profits that focus on environmental justice, as it relates to health disparities in the Bay Area latinx communitysolver 💭 .
Lina is passionate about social impact and how we can leverage these During this time, I interned for an exciting new technologies with human-centered design. After graduating from Menlo College in December 2022law/tech startup, HelloPrenup 💍, she hopes to pursue a JD/MBA to accelerate her impact which was featured on her peers Shark Tank!
