Volunteering plays a significant role in Josué's life. He has devoted time to teaching programming and computing to people of all ages, from schoolchildren to university students. For instance, through the RUN program, he helped young learners build confidence in their coding skills. Beyond this, Josué is actively involved in several workshops and speaking initiatives with ACM (Association for Computing Machinery). He leverages his experience to share knowledge beyond the classroom, empowering others through technology. At ACM, he has led workshops on Vim, Neovim and plans to conduct more on Linux, further extending his impact. Currently, Josué is an assistant teacher for the Database II course, where he assists in developing assignments, calculating grades, and offering office hours to help students with their questions and challenges.
