So, for 2024, instead of meeting at Stanford2025, we’ll meet at the Design Lab, the home of our fabulous UIF community at Twente. Faculty Champions can request to attend the Meetup alongside students who have been selected to attend. Those faculty who attend attends must participate in the full event, alongside the Fellows from their school. We will share invitations with faculty after Fellows have received their invitation to attend.<br><br>

Institutions are asked to cover the cost of Fellows' travel (by plane, train or automobile) and hotel stay. There is no event registration fee. The program covers meals once the event begins. If you are unsure of the availability of funds to cover your travel, start by talking to your Faculty Champion. Many have already set aside a budget for that purpose. If not, you may be required to be entrepreneurial in seeking out sources of funding across campus.
