In 2016, Aaron obtained his Master of Arts in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University, he believes the need for community leadership in all social context is one of the most pressing issues of our timeand leverages his masters degree to responsibly contribute to his civic space locally in Nashville, TN. Training leaders in the areas of self – efficacy and self – advocacy is the method in which Aaron believes will establish and equip more leaders to engage in the civic process both actively with compassion and proficientlyproficiency. Aaron is informed by a career that has served at the intersection of youth development, education, community advocacy, and student leadership development for over a decade in the nonprofit industry.
