==Bio==
Hailey McCollum is an undergraduate student pursuing a Cinematic Arts degree focusing on Video/Film Production with a minor in Theater at George Fox University. She currently serves as a resident assistant on campus. In high school, she served as a State Thespian Officer for the Oregon chapter of the International Thespian Society during her senior year of high school. She also served as her school's theater board president and started her own band, Levity and Rain.
Throughout her first year of college, McCollum led and sang in a worship band for many chapels and was a part of the theater program. During her time at George Fox University, McCollum hopes to make a lasting impact and create spaces of all types of people to feel included, loved and supported.
