==Bio==
Raluca, from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, is started as a candidate for the Stanford University Innovation Fellows Program (2022 cohort).
She is passionate about education and problem solving and both passions clicked when Raluca first discovered design thinking and started researching about it for her PhD studies. Since February 2021, she is an employee of the first University center that teaches and researches Design Thinking in a University in Romania (ULBS D-School) and she is working on finishing her PhD.
She likes board games and is never too tired to dance.
In 2023, Raluca joined the second ULBS UIF cohort as a Faculty Champion.
==Achievements==
Bringing together a team of volunteers during the pandemic to organize the first D-School activities with them in 2020 and 2021;
Tacking and passing an important test although she went in with ”underdog” chances (it proved to her almost nothing is impossible with a lot or of hard work).
