==Overview==
St Augustine's university is an Historically Black College/ University founded in Raleigh, NC in 1867by the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina.  through assessment we have found that our student body lacks the spaces and tools to fully flourishA four-year liberal arts university with an average enrollment of approximately 1,000, SAU sits on 105 lush acres just north of Downtown Raleigh. The student feel that the teaching methods are dated institution offers more than 20 undergraduate degree programs and lack luster, while staff state that they lack the proper tools to engage students. Based on surveying we have found that the university does promote I&E but it is not broadly recognized and severely restricted to accredited by the school Southern Association of business Colleges and Schools Commission on campusColleges (SACSCOC). The university staff have noted that their departments discuss the possible monetization mission of research but impress greater focus on creating curriculums for the student that maintain the status-quo of the university. Staff members display s mixed desire Saint Augustine’s University is to adapt to new technologies unless proven to be essential to their performance or sustain a learning community in which students can visibly alter it prepare academically, socially and spiritually for the better. The office leadership in the process of creating the systems for IP Officea complex, the diverse and rapidly changing world. Saint Augustine’s University based on observation invest more into the act will be nationally recognized as a comprehensive institution with high performing students, renowned faculty, focused community engagement and a strong alumni base of education and preparing professionals for established fields as opposed to disruptive innovationchange agents.
