The feedback is something so crucial for growth on a course because it's the quickest way for improvement. Giving feedback can help both parties the future students and the students who are leading out the course for their own teaching purposes and working as a team rather than sometimes that distant connection between student and professor.
Having our cohort that we're going through UIF course with is invaluable in both getting good ideas about student led classes, but also on how to introduce them in a meaningful way. Great ideas go nowhere without good people to help you implement them.
