Raluca, from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, is a candidate for the Stanford University Innovation Fellows Program (2022 cohort).
She is passionate about education and problem solving and both passions clicked when Raluca first discovered design thinking and started researching about it for her PhD studies. Since February 2021, she is an employee of the first D-School in Romania, at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (ULBS D-School)and working on finishing her PhD. She likes board games and is never too tired to dance.
==Achievements==
Finding creativity in constraints;
Bringing together a team of volunteers during the pandemic to organize the first D-School activities with them in 2020 and 2021; Tacking and passing an important test although I she went in with ”underdog” chances (it proved to me it her almost nothing is possible impossible with a lot or hard work).
