Bulakorn Pornmongkolchart is a 2022 University Innovation Fellow from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Thailand. He was graduated with a first-honoured degree in an Applied Computer Science - Multimedia department in King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and currently studying for a Master’s degree in Communication Arts and Management Innovation at NIDAalongside with being a part-time job as a graphic designer for an advertising agency.  Bulakorn believes what our world most need right now is empathy. He thinks people these days tend to be mean and selfish and sometimes they already aware of the negative consequences but did it anyway. He believe that if we can cultivate the next generations to be more empathetic, it would definitely solve a lot of problems in the world whether they are war or global warming.
