Hello all,

My name is Jake Alihan Kapusansky and I am an agent of change. I spend my time cultivating relationships and developing science surrounding justice, diversity, and inclusion, and I hope to work hard with each now of you to create authentic, innovative experiences for people across the world.

This past year at my university, I co-founded the Organization of Asian Leaders with my peers and collaborators, and what I found was a family and a community that I hold very close to my heart.

With this initiative, we lead Asian Pacific American Heritage Month across our campus, and as the President of my team, I lead and managed the vision of the 10+ events that we hosted on our campus.

This summer, I worked for the opportunity to intern at Dell Technologies in our Services Sales business unit, and I worked to understand and train on our Services portfolio through a generalist approach.

While I delivered on weekly projects specified to sales, I took my subject matter expertise from justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion and built a process that is currently being implemented into our employee resource group intern '23 cohort strategy that aligns with our 2030 CD & I moonshot goals.

In my free time, I love talking with my best friends and family about philosophy, culture, and life over good food.

One of my core philosophies is to seek discomfort, inspired by Yes Theory (check them out on YouTube, their stories are incredible) and as a result, I have created space and resources for myself to travel with people that I love dearly. This year, I worked and explored Austin, TX; Anchorage, AK, Minneapolis, MN; Toledo, OH; Chicago, IL; and adventure on my yearly road trip with my Grandpa from Florida to Michigan.

I am currently working with my teams to travel more, but the next focus is to become a world traveler!

Thank you for reading and listening to my stories. I cannot wait to meet you all!
