It's amazing how many components have in the proposal, it looks like all of the have a purpose where students must show the best of them. I consider that's interesting how it can be developed by their students, also looking for what abilities they need to participate in the program. I think that this kind of program can encourage students to improve their abilities, and also learn new ones.
